Installing your Simply eSIM
Set up your eSIM before you travel — everything happens inside the Simply app, no physical SIM needed. Note: screens may look slightly different between app versions, but the steps stay the same.
1. Install your eSIM
Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network, open the Simply app, select your purchased plan, and follow the in-app installation instructions. We recommend doing this before departure.
2. Activate
When you arrive, enable the eSIM line in your device settings and turn on data roaming for the eSIM line only, as described in your plan instructions. Your primary SIM keeps working for calls and messages.
3. Restart if needed
If no connection appears within a few minutes, restart your phone. Keep the eSIM installed for your whole trip and only remove it if our support team asks you to.
