Installation and activation issues

Most installation issues are solved by following the Installation Guide step by step: a stable Wi-Fi connection during installation, enabling data roaming for the eSIM line only, and restarting your device if no connection appears within a few minutes.

Pre-purchase questions

First, make sure your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked (Settings → Mobile Network → Add eSIM). Plans and prices for each destination are inside the Simply app, and our Destinations pages answer coverage and network questions.
